"The restaurant acquired a serene and organized atmosphere. It was easily noticeable and the menu options were familiar. The staff were welcoming and I had decided to select pilav with meat since I was knowledgeable of how this dish is filling. The extended wait time was appreciated in this context because the food was being prepared with more attention to detail. Once the pilav was served, I noticed that the meat acquired a tender texture without excessive fat and the rice itself acquired the pleasant savoury/salty combination without any evidence of being overcooked. Then, I had selected meat-filled rolls which were impressive because they weren't excessively greasy and the meat appeared to be finely chopped (more than samosas) and combined well with the sauce that looked like qatiq. I included a five-star rating because the staff were happy to explain the pricing of each menu item BEFORE it was selected so the honesty was the reason why I would return."
