"I discovered Embers online and decided to give it a try, and I will definitely be returning. The pizza was outstanding, featuring their unique sauce with a fantastic flavor. Everything was expertly crafted and beautifully presented. My wife particularly enjoyed her watermelon summer salad. However, the chicken tacos were overpowered by too much sriracha, which overshadowed the other flavors of the taco ingredients. There were so many items on the menu that I wanted to try, but of course, we couldn't sample everything in one visit. Since it’s an artisan food restaurant, I'm sure their menu changes frequently. I noticed three different menus online, none of which matched what we were given when we were seated. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality, presentation, and portion sizes. We visited on a Friday night and enjoyed the live entertainment; however, the volume was as expected but too loud for my wife. We had to lean in to hear each other. The issue wasn't the decibel level (I’m an audio production engineer, so I checked), which was only about 78 dB (A weighted). The problem seemed to stem from the frequency mix and the quality of the speaker system they used."
