"I called in a pickup order, and the gentleman took my name and number, even calling me back to inform me when it was ready—just as I was pulling into the parking lot. My daughter went inside, glued to her phone and not really paying attention to what I was saying. I quickly called the store again, and the same gentleman answered. I asked him to please place the two drinks and two Blizzards in a drink carousel because my daughter was so distracted that I was worried she'd try to grab all four cups at once and spill them. He assured me he would do that.
When my daughter came back out with the four cups in the carousel, she seemed a little confused and said, "I don't know why he kept talking about something to do with the carnival!" I just asked her if our food and drinks were ready, and he kept repeating, "Here's your food and drinks in the carousel." I’m not sure what else she said after that, but it was certainly the day she learned what a drink carousel was! Thank you for your patience with her—it was quite funny!"
