"First time at Katie 's Downtown today. The service was excellent. They have serval ladies running food, making coffee, and taking orders; they were all lovely, kind, and had wonderful customer service. I didn 't really care for my What the Fig sandwich. The bacon was under cooked and I felt the fig jam took over the whole dish. I did order a vanilla latte and it was pretty good. I did however absolutely loved the heart sticker they placed on my togo cup to prevent it from spilling. It was a very nice touch. Over all the atmosphere is adorable and I will go back to try other dishes; they have lots of options to choose from. They were very busy at lunch time and obviously have regular customers who enjoy going to Kate 's. They also had an assortment of cookies with some vegan options I would like to try as well."
