"Our bartender tonight was great! Attentive, kind, and funny! The server, stood directly in front of us at the bar for a good couple minutes and never even acknowledged us when we first sat down. No eye contact, no, “hey how are ya”, nothing. As someone who spent a decade in the industry it seemed rude. The food was good. EXCEPT- I ordered a black bean burger but was given a beyond burger. Two VERY different things. The black bean burger was on the menu. The beyond burger is not. I wasn’t told of the switch and I ordered my food to go so I didn’t see the switch until I was home. What if I had an allergy and didn’t notice? You can’t just switch peoples food out and not tell them. Pretty disappointed in that. I REALLY wanted a black bean burger. The beyond was…ok."
