After waiting about five minutes to place my order, I gave the bartender my credit card, but she took another five minutes to help other customers before finally processing my payment. At 12:01, she brought me a bill for $36. When I questioned the charge, she casually informed me that it was now Saturday. This is not a great way to run a business."
