"The food and drinks were delicious, but the service was incredibly poor. Our server, Brando, did not introduce himself and only brought us the check. He did not check on our food until after we had finished eating, did not bring us water or take our drink order (the manager did this), and did not bring out our food (the food runner did). When he took our order for two burgers, he did not ask for their temperature and quickly left the table. It's a shame because the food and atmosphere were both great."
