"We made a reservation on OpenTable. Drove 15 miles. The place was total chaos. Apparently it was some kind of game night. I couldn’t find a hostess or host for quite a long time. Finally, I found a manager who said there were no reservations that night because it’s game night and we were not able to eat there. Why, was there an option to make a reservation on OpenTable if it wasn’t going to be honored? We ate elsewhere."
