"Although many people have had wonderful experiences at this restaurant, my experience was less than satisfactory. I ordered a grilled romaine salad with oxtail and a 62-degree egg, which I should have asked more about. The meat was tender and salty, but overshadowed the romaine, and the liquid white of the egg was not to my liking. I asked for it to be cooked more, but it came back the same. When I explained my dissatisfaction, I was told that changing the cooking method would take too long. My dining partner blamed me for not asking more specific questions about the egg. I feel that the restaurant could have handled the situation better, suggesting a change in order rather than re-doing it exactly as requested. The response from staff was disappointing."
