"My son's burger was terrible as well, and now both our stomachs are upset. And that's just the food. I observed the staff, and it was unsettling to see three people handling the meat while five others were busy eating. What a strange experience, and not in a good way.
The owner claimed in his response that we finished everything, which is simply not true. We had our chips and pickle, but left more than half of the burger and sandwich untouched. No one ever checked on us to see if we needed anything or if we were satisfied with our meal."
