"This is all about the chocolate cake lol. I stop by every few weeks/months and pick up a chocolate cake for my family and they love it! If you’ve never tried it, just stop by and buy a full cake or slice and you won’t regret it, you’ll likely come back that same week and buy it again. Why would I choose to come and leave this review just for cake? Well for years now they’ve also been producing a few slices daily of a “gluten free” option. I can’t eat gluten/wheat and it’s rare to find desserts that taste excellent without flour, this is one of the rare ones that taste excellent with flour or without! I think Magleby’s is very smart to keep providing this option, because I’m the guy buying a full cake often for my family. If there was no way for me to enjoy it, we’d never buy cake here (not because I’m selfish, although maybe that’s a little true lol, but more so because we gravitate towards food we can all enjoy and eat together). So thank you Magleby’s for thinking of those of us with this unfortunate gluten allergy, and my family thanks you too, because now we all get to enjoy this! Very appreciated."

"I don’t usually write negative reviews I just take my business elsewhere if I wasn’t satisfied with the service/product. However, I was so appalled by the horrible service that I have to write a review. While waiting to get my order (one oreo smoothie) that took over 40 min. to make, the server shut a cover on a counter container and hit a paring knife, causing the knife to fly over the counter plastic guard and hit my son’s head. Luckily, he was wearing his hoodie and was not injured. When I brought it up to the server, she didn’t even acknowledge it or apologize. Another customer standing next to me witnessed the knife flying over the counter and confirmed that it happened. This type of reaction is completely unacceptable and I hope the owner at least offers an apology after the fact. I wanted to give zero stars but unfortunately, that’s not an option."

"The staff was incredibly rude during my visit. At this rate, I can’t see how this place will stay in business. The employee who was there greeted me with a look that suggested I was a major inconvenience. Her remarks felt more like scolding than customer service, and I barely managed to ask about the menu options without feeling like I was bothering her. I had a disappointing experience here about a year ago but thought I’d give Einstein another chance. Unfortunately, this visit was significantly worse. I'll never return. Instead, I took my money elsewhere, and I recommend that others do the same. The employee I encountered today was truly unprofessional and made for a dreadful experience."

"Osprey has a beautiful patio overlooking the river, and the Ruby River Hotel is a lovely place to stay. Nice menu at the hotel. I ordered a favourite I'd had in the past, the tomatoes with burrata appetizer, with red pesto. Grilled bread, pesto, and burrata were great, but this time the dish was served with unripe green tomatoes. Not a green tomato variety that was ripe, but crisp, unripened tomatoes. During a season when all manner of tomatoes are in season and ripe. I asked the server about them as after trying one I was dissatisfied. She came back to inform me the kitchen only had green and yellow tomatoes. During harvest time? How strange. So my favourite dish was disappointing overall. A fail on those green tomatoes you got delivered and had to use. In a dish where the tomatoes are one of the starring ingredients, don't do that."

"This restaurant gave us a wonderful last evening on our vacation. The veal medallions were prepared with a linguine pasta and loads of mushrooms. Our server was genial and offered suggestions for an entrée for my wife. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with our dining experience. It is very rare that I will give stars...as there is usually room for improvement. I could NOT find a need for improvement. Definitely, would recommend. We will certainly make a reservation the next time we are in the area"

"Everything was wonderful and to our liking, except: When I made the reservation and when I first talked to the server, I said that we were celebrating a birthday for one of our guests from France and turning 80 years of age that day. Nothing was made special a desert with a candle or whatever. Very disappointed that apparently no attention was given to our special celebration. We have not had this experience with past dinner celebrations. What happened?"

"I was searching around on maps for a place to have breakfast and happened upon this cute little place and had to give it a try. Boy was I surprised by how cute and quaint this little gem is. I had the banana creme pie crepe, it was fabulously delicious. The tres leches coffee hit the spot just right. I'm so glad that I stopped in and if you are in the area, definitely give it a try. The owner, Yok, is a sweetheart and was a delight to meet. She really cares about the customer. Truly an authentic individual. I will be ordering the strawberry short crepe and cinnamon sugar, to go, along with some freeze dried snacks. Thank you for the pleasurable hospitality, great food, coffee and snacks. When I get a chance to come back to town, I'll definitely be back. My stomach, tastebuds and I say Thank you!!"

"DoorDash should clarify the buffalo cauliflower options, as it mentions that the cheese is vegan, but Little Os actually offers two versions: one with vegan cheese and one with regular cheese. I thought I had ordered the vegan cheese option based on the description, but it turned out to be the regular one, and I have a dairy allergy. Aside from that issue, everything else was fantastic."

"This place is a family favorite for our family, especially in the summer. The snow cones are delicious and have the perfect amount of flavoring. They also have chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream, funnel cakes and other items on the menu. They have picnic tables with umbrellas or a drive thru if you don't want to get out. Every time we have come here we are greeted by friendly people working."

"they can say that this restaurant is definitiw new. eating was decent, the ambiente was sweet. the service was extremely slow. we spent over 2.5 hours here and would go about 40 minutes between our waiter. the prices were too high for the quality of the food that was not bad only expensive. they had a live band that would have been amazing: but it was crazy loud. they could not hear the person about the table of them. I will not come back"

"My server Austin was the absolute worst. He was rude, aggressive, and took forever to give us service. He was more interested in talking about MMA/UFC fights than actually serving our table. The food and atmosphere are amazing. It's a shame that they employ such rude waiters. I'm not one to judge but I'm pretty sure the guy was on something as his eyes were crazy."

"I enjoy the atmosphere of this place, I 've been here a couple times and it 's been very enjoyable. However, today the service was not what I would expect from a bartender. He started off nice, but then he dropped the alphabetized checks and completely changed his personality. He started yelling fuc over and over and began taking his anger out on customers. He couldn 't hear someone speaking to him and he said speak up then mother fuc and then questioned why I didn 't tip him. I don 't understand who would tip him after acting like a literal toddler. Embarrassing and if I were this company I 'd fire this man before they lose more customers. Very unhappy. He made me very uncomfortable. He was the only bartender, I was here 6/14/24 4:30pm. Get rid of him, I think he was drinking as well."

"Quinoa Kitchen is customer oriented. I received my order on 12/28/23, but it was the wrong one. I called and explained that my order was incorrect. I was advised that they could replace it today or give me a refund. I was hungry now and had nothing to eat at home, so I asked them to replace it. They agreed, unfortunately, I had no way to pick it up that's the reason I ordered through DoorDash. Although my address was far from their location, they had my new order delivered to me by Relay! I received updates via text messages from Quinoa Kitchen and Relay regarding my new order. The sweet potato fries were actually waffle fries and tasty. They weren't salty (just the way I like them). I reheated them in my toaster oven because of the distance and cold weather. I had half of the Veggie Quinoa Black Bean Burger for breakfast this morning. It's a bit spicy to me (but only because I don't eat spicy food) and delicious. They were generous with the avocado. The Wild Salmon Bowl is tasty and I received a large portion of salmon. The Carrot Cake Raw (vg) is smaller than I expected, but love that it's vegan and made with all natural ingredients. I like the taste. Looking forward to trying other dishes from Quinoa Kitchen. I recommend this restaurant for it's healthy food and customer service!"

"The restaurant's emptiness set the tone, and unfortunately, our expectations for my husband's birthday dinner were not met. I reserved a table for his birthday. The steak was disappointingly low quality given its high price, and no complimentary birthday dessert was offered. Overall, it's best not to set high expectations for this restaurant. Also I sent my steak back three times…apparently their “medium” is almost raw."
