"Underwhelming across the board. No “welcome” by any staff. Had to figure out how the heck to get a seat and how to order by asking the bartender. Ordered 1. Fish n chips and 2. Fried Chicken sandwich, both with fries. 1. Grease saturated batter surrounding an anemic sliver of fish. 2. Bread enveloped the chicken. The bread was cold, like they took it out of the freezer or fridge when it was ordered and then let it get to room temperature… but it never actually got there. The chicken had no flavor other than “burnt”. Must have been old lil or something. The fries: Lifeless, soft, lacking a lot to be desired. Waitress working Sunday evening walked past our table to and from the kitchen multiple times. Never stopped to ask if all was good or if we needed anything else. And as others stated…. DIRTY! Floors and tables. Really just a big let down, 4real. : . A big $50+ dollar mistake. Heading to el pollo loco to get something better to eat."
