"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was lacking, and the food was just average. The coffee was decent, but when I ordered it with vanilla, it came without any sweetener, which leads me to believe the vanilla syrup was omitted. I also ordered an egg and greens croissant without mayonnaise, but they still added chipotle mayo. I had to walk back from my hotel to get them to fix it since there’s no phone number to call the location. They did make me a new one and gave me complimentary avocado spread, which I appreciated, but it didn’t make up for the overall experience. The food was quite greasy, and I couldn’t finish it. My boyfriend had the loaded avocado toast and was also unimpressed. The blueberry muffin had a nice flavor, but it was dry—enjoyable, but you’ll need a drink to go with it. Overall, if you expect to be greeted warmly and have easy access to staff, the service here falls short. As for the food, I don’t think it’s worth the price given how appealing it sounds on the website versus what we experienced. Disappointing overall."
