"I ordered delivery through DoorDash and received a veggie pizza instead of the meat lover's pizza I had requested. I was really disappointed to find that my favorite had been switched out for something I didn’t want. I called Extra Napkin, and they were very apologetic. They said they would make a new pizza right away, but since they don’t have their own delivery drivers, they had no way to get it to me. The Dasher mentioned he would go back for it, but it could take up to an hour. I was stuck in a hotel, using my road tractor for work, and couldn’t drive. When Extra Napkin called me back, the pizza was ready but they still had no Dasher. They were incredibly understanding and professional. The gentleman on the phone even said the owner would personally deliver my pizza! I was overjoyed and truly grateful. It’s nice to know there are still great people out there. And the pizza turned out to be delicious, too!"
