"Its hard to choose in a city with so many BBQ restaurants, but this one is a gem. Our group consisted of both adults and children and everyone gave an enthusiastic thumbs up. I had a turkey sandwich. The turkey had that smoky flavor really good BBQ should have. The others in our party had the beef and brisket and they all had the same feeling and express how much they enjoyed their meal and their plans to return. My one minor suggestion is the cole slaw, which I think needs some work. If you have kids, Bexar has a playground for their entertainment and a few minutes for the adults to finish their meal."
