"This place has really gone downhill. Over the past 6-12 months, I’ve noticed that the wings have more fat, less sauce, and lack flavor. The wait times have also increased, and the staff seems indifferent to the customers. During my last few visits, I saw several employees (around 4-5) sitting and chatting while many people waited in line. I understand that finding good employees can be challenging, but management needs to step in and maintain order; otherwise, this place won’t last. When you first opened, I genuinely loved this place. Trends come and go, and there are plenty of competitors ready to take your spot. I have a high tolerance for issues and pay good money for dining out each week. You may not care, but you've lost a customer. Wishing you the best."
