"The food used to be good, but my recent visits have been quite disappointing. Unfortunately, my latest experience was the last straw. I ordered online with a promised pickup time of 30 minutes, but when I arrived just a few minutes after that, I was informed my order wasn’t ready. I decided to wait, thinking it would only be a few minutes. However, I noticed that multiple customers who had ordered after me were receiving their food before I did. After about 20 minutes, I realized what was happening and requested a refund. They assured me my order would be ready shortly. Ten more minutes went by before I was finally asked how I wanted my chicken tossed. Shortly after that, I received my order, and when I got home to check it, I was disappointed to find it contained just one medium pizza and ten wings. The wings were burnt and hard, and the pizza was just average."
