"my family i have eaten take out from this establishment for a few years our orders have always been amazing , hot . perfect always …tonight we visted the establishment to dine in by far the worst experience I’ve had here . our waitress greeted us took our drink orders food orders after serving us our drinks . we ordered An appetizer 3 of the 4 of our party had side salads w/ their entrees . my salad comes out first , my uncles comes out 2 minutes later … 6 minutes roll by and my fathers salad still hasn’t been served to our table . We call our waitress over to ask for the missing salad. she goes to the kitchen and askes for the missing salad . after she asks for the missing salad she approached us asking if she got our order right i got a chicken Alfredo she asked me if I ordered shrimp , she asked my mother how she wanted her philly customized when we watched her write it down the first time taking our order) w/ French fries if my father order manicotti . as this is happening another table approaches a lady at the front desk asking why they have been served half their meals and others at their party have had theirs for abt 5 mins . My mom receives her sub with no fries she says they will be right up , my uncles food arrives 5/10 minutes after my mothers … still no fries when my uncles food arrives .. she tells us they are coming right upMy mother has been eating her sub for 10 minutes almost done my uncle has just begun eating …Finally my food Arrives .. my fathers still hasn’t arrived . My mom has been done with her food . and now so was my uncle my fathers food still had not arrived not to mention we still have no fries .. she brings my father’s food he ate one she AGAIN says the fries are coming right up .. we just packed up and took it home. She never came to check on our meals to see if they were correct or good . The food amazing … needs work on the service… :"

"They would have received a 5 star if the person who took orders would have benn human enough to admit to a mistake. I ordered and said as soon as They picked up thst I was ordering coupon #7 . I had previoisly called and asked how much the deliverycharge which was a very fair 2$ . My order should have been 23.99 puls tax plus the delivery . The man was so rude amd sosarcastic when i called about it. And also the order was wrong but It looked good so I didnt call back. Sal needs to fire thatrude man who took my order on oct 13th at 405 pm shame on his attitude . Im a flight attendant and my coworkers order from themall the time from the hotel we stay at but they wont now because I let them kmow on our private fb page how they treated me .This is the 2nd time ive ever left a google review but I felt so dissed and disrespected from this guy he deserves this review"

"First time to eat here, ordered delivery, so we've not been to the facility. Staff was polite on the phone and at our door. Order came in a good time, didn't take too long. Dessert we ordered the Zeppole and Chocolate Cannoli, both were super delicious. Appetizers we ordered the garlic knots and jalapeno poppers. Knots were dry. May not order these again. Poppers were cooked a little too long, but still tasted nice. Dinner we ordered bbq wings, Hawaiian pizza, baked ziti, and stuffed shells. Wings were fried just right, and the bbq flavor was tasty. Hawaiian pizza had nice crust. It does come with bacon. Had a good mix of flavors. Ziti had a generous amount of cheese and was cooked just right. Tasted great. Stuffed shells were delicious. The cheese mixture is rich and creamy. The sauce tastes of fennel and had nice chunks of tomatoes. I liked the garlic bread and salad that comes with it. Nice toppings and good amount of lettuce for just a side salad. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely order here again."

"(roacht live here and result) my family and I ordered a large pizza on the phone. I wanted to pick up the pizza and pay for it as usual. the male that excited me looked at an older man in his 70s and said something in her mother tongue (rude.) I said that was rude because they saw me dead in the face while they spoke to each other. as I stared at them with my child in my hand and asked me what they said, I wait for the younger man to give me the entrance to the registration. when I sign the reception, I see a baby-roach randomly running over this white piece of paper on the counter tapped. I regret giving this place my money. but my first stumbling was the younger and older man, who strangely took part in me and my child, while he knows that he was unfamiliar. I really hope for a refund because I left the restaurant with the pizza in the disgust. unnecessary to say that the pizza was not eaten and I will never go back to this place."

"Called and ordered a pizza for delivery the person that was taking the order was rude with no manners and just plain miserable. After two hours of waiting I called to cancel the order and was told that the order is on its way and will be delivered within the next five minutes. The delivery driver shows up at the hotel that I'm staying at and delivers an order for the receptionist but my order was not with him. I called back to notify the store that my order was not delivered and I wanted a refund they told me that they could not give me a refund. Then they tell me that the Delivery driver said that he left the pizza in front of my hotel room door but I've been standing in the lobby the whole time so that didn't happen come to find out the driver delivered the pizza to the wrong Hotel and so now it's going to be another two hours that I'm going to have to wait for another delivery because these people don't do refunds. In the end buyer beware spend your money where you going to get better service do not waste your money here.I will be throwing the pizza away when it arrives anyways at this point I just lose my money."

"I've tried order here twice through Uber Eats; both times items were left off my order (calzones each time) AND I got food poisoning. Order at your own risk. *Update, just read some past reviews and seems I'm not the only one that has gotten foodpoisoning from this place. Seems many people also have had hair in their food. I've never been inside but there are enoughreviews talking about how gross and unclean the kitchen seems to be. They also seem to have and issue the the manager/ownerbeing rude and disrespectful to customers. I seriously don't understand how with all this you still have as high a rating as youdo. Like I've only ordered here twice about a month apart (second chance) and BOTH TIMES I got violently sick with foodpoisoning."
