"I am a huge fan of Bruegger's Bagels; they offer the best bagels in Southern California. I've sampled numerous places but always find myself coming back to their locations. The bagels have an ideal texture, and I particularly love their egg, ham, and cheese breakfast sandwich. Another personal favorite is a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The staff is always friendly and diligent, and the atmosphere is tidy and welcoming. My visit to the San Diego location was just as enjoyable. Plus, the coffee is robust and delightful!"

"I placed an online order for pickup today (March 2nd) around 1 PM and spent over $30 on my meal. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a waste of money. I received three items that were missing, and the three items I did get were incorrect. The receipt matched what I ordered, so I’m not sure where the mix-up occurred. I reported the issue to DoorDash, but they denied my request for a refund. This experience was very disappointing."

"A staple of the neighborhood. Pizza bagels, breakfast sandwiches, lox, parfaits and salads. I've been going here for 29 years. The quality is still as good as it was back then. They have local art hung up and usually play easy new country music. Parking here suckss, the city put in a stupid sidewalk and made it really tricky unless you get lucky and are going the right way at the right time. Great place for breakfast and lunch. "As always, the bagel sandwiches were our favorites—simply perfect in every aspect. The addition of avocado was fantastic. I ordered an extra half dozen assorted bagels for later, but they were devoured by guests that afternoon. Once again, they were delightful when toasted and spread (or "shmeared," as we like to say) with cream cheese and topped with sliced organic tomatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper. Everything was excellent, as usual. My only request is that they start offering whipped cream cheese to pair with their soft and chewy bagels."

"The bagel was good but the Customer Service Veronica gave was horrible. She was very rude and argumentative just because I asked for less ice in my coffee and less syrup then became upset because I asked her to remake it since she did not listen and made ithow she wanted anyways. She continued to argue as she walked around the counter to the ice machine which she made out to be ahuge inconvenience for her to take an extra 12 steps and commenced trying to scold me because ?that?s not how they make them, itcomes with 3/4 of ice because it?s concentrated ?. Two other customers inside were displeased with her attitude as well and saidif they knew they were going to get this type of service they?d rather go to McDonalds across the street. Unfortunately I willnot be returning to this location in the Downtown San Diego Specifically on B St."

"I went to this Bruegger's earlier today with my girlfriend. I've visited this Bruegger's at least a half dozen times in the past and they seem to have a consistent problem with not having half of their selection available, let alone the whole thing. Also the service has never been particularly prompt (or even approachable), but this time it could've been described as dismal. When deciding on what to order, most of the bagels were mixed up with others in their bins making it difficult to know which were left, seeing as half the bins were empty. To try and figure out which ones were which before ordering we asked and before we know it the girl working behind the counter just starts slapping ingredients on whichever one she was able to pull out of the bin that we were asking about. There were only 2 people behind us and the ones in front had just paid for their meal and were on the way out. It didn't appear to be a misunderstanding so much as an effort to push us along because what we wanted didn't matter at all to the person preparing it. Getting rushed to the register like this only to find nobody at it when we got there was enough reason for us to leave, with no incentive for ever coming back in the future."

"What a great find!! After a disappointing night at a nearby hotel my guests and I were looking for a quick bite and coffee before embarking on our 6 hour journey! To kick off , the shop was warm , inviting and cozy! The delicious aromas of baked goods and coffee rafting in the air. Immediately we were greeted and order requests were asked. The assembly and the methodical process of the food prep was impressive and fun to watch our orders come to fruition! On the table we had ordered The Rio , In a spinach wrap with jam and potato. This was amazing! Then there was the Western on a sesame bagel , delicious and tasty! Last but not least we had the Chedder melt in a spinach wrap , so delicious! We also had lattes and americanos, I personally am a Starbucks junkie, and I will say my caramel americano at this shop surpassed my usual americano at Starbucks! Big kudos to the staff here as they were all working quickly to assist I house guests as well as drive thru! Absolutely found this place to be charming and if I'm In Fairbanks again, I will definitely be stopping in! T"

"Stopped by with a friend for breakfast. They were quick to take the order, fulfill it, and ring us out. The Western is a great, hearty, breakfast sandwich. I also love the smoked salmon. We sat down to eat, but most of the morning crowd is just popping in on the way to work and quickly got in and out. You can't go wrong if your hungry for a bagel. They were behind on cleaning tables in the dining room which was the only negative. The food is great and the staff was polite and effective."

"I've visited this bagel shop several times and I have no complaints. The bagels are incredibly fresh and have a distinct flavor compared to the ones from the Dunkin' down the street. This place is definitely one of the best options in the local area. There is a small parking lot out front, with additional parking available at the back of the building. "Always get good food here staff is very nice. Only go there when I have a coupon so, I'm glad they accept them. Some other food stores offer coupons but then they're only good at participating stores. I don't go for that, if you're a franchise owner get w/the program. I don't want to have to worry which stores accept them, they all should if you want the business."
