"My family always orders the same sandwiches, and our meal usually costs $74. The service is typically good, but this time we had a major issue. Out of five sandwiches, four were incorrect. When we pointed this out, the person taking our order insisted that we needed to specify the veggies we wanted on our sandwiches, as if we weren’t already aware of that at Larry's. We ordered everything we wanted, and somehow it was our fault that four sandwiches were made incorrectly. That’s just not right. We were told we could drive 30 miles round trip to have new ones made, but that’s not the solution. The better approach would be to get the order right the first time."
