"We started with the meatballs, which were exceptional—light and not overcooked, featuring fresh herbs and accompanied by a vibrant and robust marinara sauce. Excellent! We also tasted two of their pizzas: the Hawaiian and the Pig Figs (check out the photos!). The crust was sturdy and held its shape beautifully without sagging, yet it wasn't tough or overly chewy. You can tell the chef put a lot of effort into perfecting the dough, resulting in a fantastic pizza experience. The balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings was spot on, allowing us to savor every flavor without any one ingredient overpowering the others.
For dessert, we had a delightful selection to choose from and tried the chocolate cake and the ricotta-filled beignets, both of which were delicious. We’re excited to return to sample the cream puff and gelato!
Rustico also features a full bar with an impressive selection of beers and wines. Fantastic! We can’t wait to come back!"
