"While they may not exactly match a New York bagel, they come very close! The menu is excellent, the food is tasty, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The interior is always clean, and they even offer some lovely gift items for sale. I think it's ridiculous that someone would give a one-star review over a complaint about a pizzaburger—this isn't McDonald's, and it's not intended to be a quick stop. I have to say, this place holds a special place in my heart; it's where I had my second date and shared my first kiss with my fiancée in the parking lot. In my heart and mind, it will always deserve a five-star rating!"
