"I have visited this restaurant several times and have experienced poor service, but tonight was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a taco salad with beef, and when I finished, I took my fork to move around the remnants on my plate and was horrified to discover a creepy insect. It was black, long, had many legs, and there might have been more than one! This is completely unacceptable, and I am very frustrated. I will never return and will definitely share my experience with others."
