"I stopped by for breakfast and saw a long line at the drive-thru, extending into the street, so I opted to go inside. Although it was just as hectic inside, I was truly impressed by how nice everyone was. They worked together seamlessly, communicating with kindness and respect, and everything was so organized. The place was spotless as well! I was thoroughly impressed! Great job, everyone! Thank you for all your hard work!"

"We requested the cashier to correct our order three times, but it felt like no one was listening. By the time we reached the last window, the employee only filled our soda halfway, despite our request for a full drink, and added more ice instead of topping it off properly. When we asked for our sandwiches to be corrected, she insisted we had to return the incorrect ones so the cook could fix them at no extra charge. If we hadn't persisted, they would have likely just handed us the same wrong sandwiches and charged us for new ones. To make matters worse, none of the girls at the drive-thru were wearing masks or gloves, which was quite concerning. I couldn't even get anyone's name since no one had name tags. Having previously managed a McDonald's, I can confidently say that this level of service would never be acceptable. Overall, the staff was quite rude, and our experience was extremely disappointing."

"The mobile app has not worked for me at this location in well over a month. I went into the building to order my food. There were several orders in front of me and they were visibly frustrated. They sent out orders incorrectly. The customers directly ahead of me told me they had been waiting almost 15 minutes. A customer came in from waiting outside and complained it had been nearly 20 minutes. While this was occurring two of the employees decided to go on break and were allowed to."

"This is undoubtedly one of the best fast food restaurants I've encountered, especially among McDonald's outlets, in a long time. As I approached, I noticed an employee managing the drive-thru during the busy lunch rush, which was a great touch. The staff behind the counter were friendly—a rarity in many places—and the service was quick and efficient. While I was enjoying my meal, I saw an employee diligently cleaning the counters, tables, and floors. Another staff member was helping an elderly woman by clearing her tray. To top it off, my food was hot and fresh. This is hands down the best McDonald's I've experienced! Exceptional service overall."

"I usually visit this McDonald's at 5:30 a.m. about once a week since I work nearby. I really appreciate the employees for their kindness, and I hope they are well-respected by management, especially given the recent reviews. The food is always fresh, and I've never had any issues with my orders. I typically choose to order abbreviations, as it makes it easier for the staff to handle all the adjustments and get everything right. I'm grateful for this McDonald's, especially compared to the two locations in Painesville that have declined over the years."

"I never received any service during my visit, which lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. The McDonald's on Broadway is advertised as being open 24 hours, and I can confirm that this is true since I've often gone there during the early morning hours. However, this time I waited at the drive-thru speaker, approached the drive-thru windows, knocked on the door, and even called the store, but no employees showed up to take my order. I even downloaded the app and placed my order there, but still... no one responded. It was quite frustrating to be left waiting in the cold at a restaurant claiming to be open 24 hours, with not even a word from anyone. Thank you for wasting my time, McDonald's on Broadway."

"I need to say the drive thru staff were very kind and so nice. I ordered drive thur for friends who were working and such a disappointment the food was for them. My dog who loves McDonald's refused the rest of a double cheeseburger but the fries tastedfreezer burnt and one of the crispy chicken sandwiches, the chicken was burnt. I spent $21.00 and the friends didn't get toeat and the dogs were not impressed. I stopped eating fast food long ago but tried two fries and what a disappointment. Don'twaste your money."

"*pics included The bottom paragraph was from a previous experience today around 12pm I ordered two double cheese burgers without the bun, added lettuce and Mayo. I told the drive thru attendant 5 times no bread… guess what bread!! no lettuce and a messy slop of Mayo. I asked the cashier did it gave bread on it cause it usually comes in the hot cakes plate when you don’t get bread). She didn’t answer and just turned her back to me. I went inside and said my order is wrong. The cashier said well what do you want me to do. I asked her if I could speak toThe manager she said ok, then said I’m the manager yea how convenient. She didn’t ask if she could fix the order just had an attitude. Not to mention they weren’t busy or anything.. like 5 ppl inside And 3 customers in the drive Thur..I should’ve kept going since the score is low, but I wanted something easy and quick. NEVER AGAIN!!!I visit this location frequently but today was different. I orderEd chicken nuggets they looked greasy but I still ate them.... the low health inspection score should’ve warn me to keep going but against my better judgement I placed an order.. long behold a few hours later I have food poisoning!!!! It’s not worth it go to a safer place to eat unless you want to run back and forth to the bathroom the entire day! I will never eat here or any McDonald’s again!!!"
