"Since the new manager took over, the wait time has significantly increased. I’ve found myself waiting over 5 minutes for my food, whereas when Eric was in charge, everything was quick and efficient. In my last three visits this month, something has been left out of my order each time. The new manager needs to improve the service before Pals in Gat City starts losing customers."
