"3.5 stars. First time here. We enjoyed a small flight of German beers. We had reservations but bc we were only 2 people we were seated at a small table instead of a booth, when booths were available. They seemed short staffed. The bartender served us. She was nice. When asked about having spaetzle, she had to go ask and the boss manager owner who came out and said it could be substituted for hot potato salad, but you only get a cup this was different than some pictures, but we said Ok . This probably was a discussion that should have been had in the kitchen not at the table. The schnitzel was very tasty. The Spaetzle seemed over cooked or nuked too much and dry not like I have had in Germany. It would be nice if they played German music or louder in the background to cover up some of the sounds from the bar area. This restaurant has potential. They seemed to have locals they knew as repeat customers. Would love to see them continue to grow and improve. I would come back again for the schnitzel."
