"It was a tough day since it was Fathers Day so we expected lots of people, noise, etc. We had a reservation which I confirmed when I walked in but we ended up waiting 30+ minutes to be seated because the host tried to seat us at a table for 5 (after waiting 15min) when we were a party of 6. I confirmed 6 when I first came in as well as showed him my confirmation text to which he responded well I don 't know where that came from. I really like Watts and ultimately they got us seated and gave us a little treat since we had small children with us. I just wished that the customer service would have been more proactive and less confrontational about something that was out of our control as well. The food was great, drinks were great. Service was fine although our waiter was clearly overwhelmed. I have had many positive experiences here so we will most likely return. If I can give any feedback its to over-staff a bit for events where you know you will be busy. The host was clearing and setting tables, running drinks, etc."
