"First let me say the food is fresh and tasty the place is very well kept and clean and that's always good as a health code inspector you need to know your surrounding when you're eating out.. The young men who made my tacos was very friendly very nice and patient but unfortunately I was asking for ranch sauce and not the salsa sauce and he must not have heard me and said they were over by the table when I went to the table they were only salsa sauce not the ranch sauce so I went back to the counter and asked for a ranch sauce and the older Indian gentleman said oh you have to pay extra I said okay no problem I will pay then he made a fuss about it and said well I can't give it to you now cuz you already paying I said I don't mind paying for it again apparently he must have felt bad about the situation he slammed they half a cup of French sauce on the counter and said here you go and I think that was very rude I will not be eating at this establishment again because of that type of behavior over some simple wrench cup of sauce that could have just been given to me and I could have paid for it."

"This restaurant is incredibly slow! It took 23 minutes from the time my husband arrived in line until he sat down to eat, and there were only 8 people ahead of him. That is completely unacceptable! When I went to get ice for our drinks, there was none available. I asked the cashier for help and she said she didn't know what to do. When I requested to speak to a manager, she informed me that they had just gone on break. I asked if they were still in the building, and she said no. It's not a good time to leave your post when the line is out the door! Despite appearing busy in photos, I have no idea what they were doing behind the counter. We will definitely be avoiding this place in the future."

"The name caught me off guard at first. Upon entering, you're welcomed with a cheerful "Welcome to Moe's," which I really liked. You have to check the entire menu at the entrance. I decided to try one of the bowls: Earmuffs with chicken for $7.69, along with a drink for $2.09. As you move down the line, you can choose your ingredients. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. They also have a nice touch with complimentary chips and salsa with any order."

"The service at this restaurant can be inconsistent. Yesterday, during the national burrito Day promotion, it was chaotic. Mobile orders were taking more than two hours to fulfill, the walk-in line was long, and orders were being called out randomly. Eventually, they started writing down names of customers waiting for their food to return another day and receive a free queso as compensation. Today, we returned and while the staff seemed a bit grumpy, we were able to enjoy fresh burritos and queso, which were delicious. Despite the slow day, the salsa station was messy and one of the drink machines was out of order. There was also food scattered on the floor, giving the restaurant a less-than-clean atmosphere."

"I recently ordered catering from Moe's and was very impressed. The online ordering process was simple and convenient. When I arrived at the restaurant on the day of the event to pick up my order, everything was beautifully packaged and a staff member helped me load it into my vehicle. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The only thing that was missing was napkins, paper plates, utensils, a serving spoon, and tongs. Overall, it was a fabulous experience and I will definitely use their catering services again!"

"I hate to give bad reviews but this was the most discussing restaurant I have ever eaten at . The steak was literally rotten. Staff was friendly and replaced my order but seemed unconcerned about the condition of the food. I love Moe's but this one is not a reflection of the others I've been to . "The burritos are consistently delicious at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I have experienced multiple occasions where I did not receive the discount for the Moe Monday deal and was charged full price. This never seems to happen to my friend, who orders the same thing as me. Today, after getting my meal at Moe's, I noticed the same issue when I checked my declining balance. I brought it to the attention of the employees, but they were unsure of how to resolve the issue. They offered to call the manager, but I didn't want to inconvenience other customers in line. I understand that many places are understaffed currently, but I urge the restaurant to provide better training for their employees on how to handle refunds with the declining balance system."

"I? ve come to this moe?s since the location opened more than 15 years ago. It's amazing downhill. You hardly get a protein in your Burrito or Quesadilla. I just mean a little spoon of meat for a huge Burrito tortilla. I'm sure it's the same for the tacos, nachos and bowls. It seemed as if the workers were overwhelmed, although there was only one father and son lying before my children and me. There was also a woman waiting on the register, and went out after she gave the woman behind the counter a piece of her mind. I have no idea what I won? Some people today like to pull out hedge in public. The table tops and seats looked dirty, as the space was properly cleaned in a long time and the self-service soda machine also needed a serious cleaning. I don't know what happened to this place, but that's rough. If it continues, we will visit another location."

"We had the luxury of catering food from Moes at Garwood and I can honestly say it was an excellent experience in every step of the way. Coordinating with the owner, Smita Gandhi, was a seamless experience. We gave her a date that we needed the food andshe was able to quickly give us a time for us to coordinate the pickup. On the day of pickup, everything was extremely wellorganized in boxes for us to pick up with a ton of food (we had an abundant amount of leftovers and happy guests). The food wasfresh, tasty, flavored well and all necessary accompanying utensils were provided, thereby once again making it a seamlessexperience. I would definitely recommend catering from here if you are interested in a reasonably priced and deliciousexperience"

"I ordered three burritos from this restaurant. I ordered the Moo Moo Mr. Cow burrito for my child, but unfortunately, it did not come with the cookie and soda as expected. The burrito had three pieces of steak in it and was mostly filled with cilantro and cheese, which was not to my liking for the price of $7.25. My daughter was unable to eat it. The other two burritos were not labeled, so we had to open and cut into them to figure out which was which. Our order was poorly packaged, just thrown into two brown bags. We did not receive our salsas for the chips. On the positive side, our order was delivered promptly."
