"Came here on Valentine's Day earlier in the evening. Had a short wait before getting seated. Once we were seated, I have to say I was extremely impressed on how prompt the staff was. Everyone on the team (including the manager I believe was walking around ensuring our drinks were filled and had what we needed. We did, however, had to wait for a bit for our food, but didn't mind as we were enjoying our time out as a family. The best part was the wait was certainly worth it!! That was some of the best pie I have had. The crust was great, ingredients were great and the rest sauce was so full of taste. We got half Dr. Dre and half Bronx Bomber. My kids shared a pepperoni pizza. Once we received our bill, I noticed that only our drinks were on there. Once the waitress came to grab the check, I informed her our pizzas were missing, to which she explained the manager removed them due to the long wait we experienced. Seriously, who does that anymore?!? I can't express how impressed I was with that gesture (most places will take $5 off or your drink, but both pizzas!?! . Once I checked my phone I realized it had been over 2 hours, but didn't notice! She understood the value of service and for that I will be back again and again. To the manager that night at Dewey's: I wish I could've thanked you personally, you made our night!!"
