"I've been ordering from this restaurant and dining in for the past two years. Initially, it was fantastic, but I've noticed that some dishes started to lack flavor. I even had the delivery driver forget my drinks twice. Today, I was particularly disappointed. I ordered a personal pizza with mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, and extra cheese, along with their garlic rolls. Unfortunately, the crust was far from crispy. I had to put the pizza in the air fryer just to achieve that nice, crisp texture that should have been there from the start. It seems like they're cutting back on ingredients; when I used to order the same toppings, the pizza was loaded, but now there's just a sprinkling of them. The garlic rolls were incredibly dry and ended up in the trash. What was supposed to be a nice dinner turned into more work than it should have been—it would have been easier to cook for myself. I think it might be time to find a new go-to spot.
Update 2/17/21: Everyone deserves a second chance, right? With that in mind, I've continued to dine in and order from here since moving to Florida from New York, as it's the closest I’ve found to authentic NY-style pizza. Although my recent delivery was disappointing, I decided to give them another shot. My kids love the penne alla vodka, which is exactly what we ordered this time. The delivery was quick, and the food arrived hot. The rolls were nice—crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I’m not sure what happened last time, but we all have off days. So, if your go-to place slips up, don’t give up on them just yet. I hope my next pizza order will be just as perfect as it usually is."
