"Love with a local restaurant serving delicious Peruvian dishes, but the service leaves something to be desired. here to brunch after they have not come to the restaurant since the pandemic. the restaurant had about 6 tables with customers with only one waitress who worked their **** off. the bartender, cook and all the other employees were all on their handys. I would look after several paintings or go to the bathroom, except that this waitress was on her handy. no dringiness, no proactivity. in restaurants there is never a lack of things to do. this is clearly not the case to the personal. at one point I heard that the waitress apologises and makes a speech to the table next to me about the delay of her drinks. I look back to the bartender and the bartender? we asked the bartender for a water replenishment, and he asked the waitress to get it for us when she fucked the tables. I felt pretty bad for this waitress. she worked so hard while the men around her did very little. they even ate their layer meal behind the bar, in full the customer. Why couldn't she do that on the back while her employees picked up the black for 10 minutes? so grief. I like this place, but the personal needs to teach in hospitality and service."

"WOW! This place was just absolutely amazing! The Birria Tacos with the broth were so filling and flavorful. The Carna Asada was loaded with onions and peppers! And the taco plate was delicious with lots of extras on the side! Their rice and beans were so good as well! I have a feeling no matter what you are ordering here... you can't go wrong. On top of all the great food, the service was just outstanding! Definitely will be back here sooner than later!"

"The menu says for the vegetarian burrito that is only has rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, onions, cilantro, and salsa... it did NOT say lettuce and tomatoes, or I would have removed them from the burrito. Not making what someone paid for per your own advertisement is super freaking lame and it is one of the most irritating things on the bleeping planet....it is NOT HARD to simply make what the menu says you will be getting without adding things it clearly does not state it has in it, oh and btw if you want to spend 10 min picking almost half the meat out of your asada taco that is actually disgusting gristle (which you discovered by biting down on it gag! and fat pieces then this is the place for you....but if you don't want to spend time wondering which part seemed like a bigger waste, deciding what to be disappointed with for your order or picking the inedible parts out of aforementioned order then this is the joint for you."

"The restaurant is attached to the Hilton hotel. See my review) My expectations were as low as they could go. When I entered the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised with how many people were there and the great vibe i got. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by Holly. She welcomed me with a huge smile and I asked for a menu. The menu was more sophisticated than I thought it would be. I asked Holly for a recommendation; she explained that I couldn’t go wrong with any of the items on the menu. She mentioned the braised short ribs and I quickly said “yes”. When my food was placed in front me the aroma of the ribs made my mouth water. The first bite and every bite after that were heaven. The ribs melted in my mouth. The mashed potatoes were incredible. The sautéed spinach left me wanting more. I ate everything which is something I rarely do. Holly offered me a dessert menu. This would be the true test. If the dessert turned out bad I probably would not be writing this review. Holly was adamant that I try the bread pudding. She insisted that I get a’ la mode. Let me tell you that her recommendation put this dessert over the top. It was the best bread pudding I had ever had. It tasted like French toast. I wanted to gobble it all up , but restrained myself. I regret my decision. I wish I scarfed it down. If you are near this restaurant, even a 100 miles away you need to go. I promise you will not be disappointed. The staff had smiles on their faces. They were happy and helpful. The restaurant was clean, the bar had a great selection of alcohol. The wine list was simple and had something for every price range. I had a glass of “Flower”. My personal favorite. They offered beer from local breweries and specialty drinks. I don’t write reviews on restaurants usually but this restaurant blew me away. It was 0.2 miles from the airport. Please, treat yourself to a lovely dinner or lunch) at this restaurant. I know I’ll be back. Ps Holly, thank you for making my night. I’ll be back."

"We visited this restaurant on a Friday evening, just before the nightlife crowd arrived. The food came out fairly quickly, though our drinks took a bit longer. Overall, both the food and service were excellent and reasonably priced. Everyone we interacted with was laid-back and friendly. Initially, it was a bit noisy, making conversation difficult, but once the happy hour crowd thinned out, we enjoyed a much more relaxed atmosphere at our table. We were fortunate to secure the corner table at the front, which we really liked. We left just before the music started and had a wonderful evening. Regarding dietary restrictions, one member of our group has an intolerance to corn and was able to find suitable options on the menu."

"Tell me this picture doesn't look delicious! that wasn't it. I couldn't believe it. I had to put a black sauce from a bottle that they had on the table to make them edible. it is as if the chef forgot to put any spice on it. the fried beans they were just something that had taste and above all because of the bagged Fiesta cheese on it. my mind has flown as it was with an additional page reis. the server lady was nice and attentive, but therefore I do not leave 1 star and left 5 stars for the service."

"I've been coming here since the days of the $3.59 special, and the food was fantastic back then. Sometimes the wait for food would be a bit long, but other times it was quick. I was in town and planned to stop by for takeout, but to my surprise, it wasn't even open. Why are the hours so limited, only from 9 PM to 11 PM? And what’s with all the negative reviews? It really saddens me! Anyway, I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else to eat before heading back up the 5. I'm so disappointed. (Giving stars for the good old days.)"

"Food is a bit different, not bad but not what is expected from a SoCal taco shop. Cali burrito had almost no fries, nearly no cheese, no sour cream, and a whole lot of what seemed like very oily shredded beef, the taste of the beef was alright but that's not a Cali burrito in any way. A true Cali burrito should be carne asada, fries, cheese, sour cream and guacamole (they also add rice and beans, not sure why, we requested without).Will not likey return."

"First off the employees are great and friendly!Make sure to check on on yelp for 10% because it is pretty pricey! I bought a cubana torta and hot cheetos it was around $24 but $21 with coupon. My boyfriend bought hot cheeto burrito and fanta for about $18. The cubana torta was HUGE and so delicious nothing but good things to say it is the perfect blend of taste would 100% recomment but the portion is HUGE. They are also generous with the meat. The hot cheetos burrito was Ok. I have tried them in other parts and pretty much knew what to expect. However I do have to say the meat is pretty salty. At first i thought it was the hot cheetos but i tasted a part with just tortilla and chips and was not salty. I got the Berry Crazy smoothie which is 20 oz and $8.50. I expected a strawberry explosion of sweetness because the ingredients indicated that it comes with condensed milk. Which I have a HUGE sweet tooth and I got to say I was fairly dissapointed as it tasted very bland and not sweet at all. I honestly couldve gone without those spending those $8.50 and just got a sida to satisfying my sweet tooth. My boyfriend does not have a sweet tooth though and said it was a really great blend!"

"I just walked from library thinking to get food for dinner, not able to come up with any idea. May be Mexican food today, unfortunately the dish I wanted to buy served only weekend or so. By the way, I am not a fan of Mexican foods. Looking at the menu, still did not know what to order, I looked at noodle bowl pic in front of me, it looked delicious. So I ordered it for carry out, it is called Beef Birria Ramen. Wow! it was good. It was instant ramen noodle with Beef Birra which was tender. It came with pieces of whole red chili, chopped onion, limes and beet roots. It filled your tummy. I made it more quality and quantity by adding steamed spinach and limes (at home. Also the restaurant was clean, friendly staff and so on. Thanks! Highly recommend"

"I found this place because I used to do physical therapy nearby. their taco specials check the marquee) Can’t be beat and they fill it to the brim. Their tortillas are homemade and delicious. I usually get the steak tampiqueño #8) with the enchilada and it’s perfectly cooked it takes me a few meals to finish and it’s delicious. Don’t forget to get a large Jamaica Hibiscus tea) their drinks are so affordable. This picture is of the shrimp fajitas that I purchased during Lent and you can see that I knocked it around because all the shrimps are on one side."

"I had the chilaquiles, which are always fantastic! My partner usually chooses the cemitas, and they remind him of his late aunt’s homemade version—so authentic! We also shared a pitcher of the agua de Jamaica margaritas, and we left feeling very happy. Don’t forget to try the chocolate chip cookie either; it’s delicious. The food is fresh, and if you’re unsure about what to order, the staff is incredibly helpful. If you’re new to the area, definitely add Ollin to your must-visit list. "Honestly, I haven’t been to many bad places and I never write reviews but this was the WORST place I have ever been and the food was ready bad. I had picked to go here with my friend because I saw it had great reviews on google and the food was moderately expensive so I had high expectations and was excited for it, but that was not the case. My friend and I got the tacos with sides. First, the guacamole we were served did not taste very good. I noticed that the cilantro used for it was brown and wilted but it was still in the guac and potentially on some of the tacos too. The rice we got didn’t have fully chopped up corn in it and it had a strange after taste. As for the tacos the one with mushrooms tasted a little strange and I didn’t notice till after the meal I received the wrong taco. I was given some other meat but I had originally ordered the shrimp taco. Our server was also not very attentive to our table and he didn’t seem to care about us so I had to ask for the check from one of the people walking around. Lastly, when we first arrived I had wanted to get a frozen drink. Our server said the frozen drink machine was not working but he could make it in the blender and it would be better. I was hesitant about it but I agreed. He served it in a pineapple which at first looked cool but I quickly found that the pineapple wasn’t ripe at all and it was used for the drink. The drink tasted AWFUL, I’ve never had such a bad drink. I just couldn’t drink it… not to mention it was Why would you make someone a drink with an unripe pineapple? All and all worst experience ever, I had high hopes for this place but was let down and my friend agreed the food wasn’t that good for the money. I will not be coming back again."

"Every time iv ever ordered food here it came cold, friends were getting food tonight so we said OK we'd try again. For them to say they couldn't get through to our phone when the driver came, even tho outer phone was working perfectly. We asked for fresh food to come back and 30mins later the driver found out after the owner came back with the same food so we wouldn't take it. Kept calling for the manager (owner) he would not come on the phone so unprofessional let his employee take the rap for it. His wife was emailing us and he was telling the employee what to say. Wouldn't deliver new food and told us ring the 3rd party online for a refund which we did and they told us be could have done it. No food and no refund as of yet. "What happened?! I went to Oscar's on New Years day. I would not want to work on a holiday but if I accepted the task or if required, I would not take out my discord on my customer's. I ordered the taco combo plate as I have before. This time, just some hard nuggets of chicken some green slime (someone suggested it was guac but I don't think so). No lettuce, no tomato. It may never happen again but I can't take the chance won't go back anymore. Too bad. Good place prior."
