"I absolutely loved the Impossible totchos at this restaurant. They consisted of tater tots topped with vegan queso — a perfect combination of crispy and gooey goodness. I could easily imagine ordering a bucket of that queso, as it brought back fond memories of my time in Texas. It would be even better if the restaurant didn't charge extra for vegan cheese, but at least the flavor was fantastic!"
