"I'm giving this Casey's a five-star rating. I've been visiting every morning for the past six months to grab my coffee and burrito, and I have to say, the manager truly goes above and beyond to satisfy every customer. She not only maintains a clean and well-organized establishment, but she also ensures that the staff adheres to the standards of what a Casey's should be. She is undoubtedly one of the best managers I've encountered. She is kind, respectful, hardworking, and just an overall delight to interact with."

"My friend and I stopped at Casey?s this morning to grab a quick breakfast burrito and we we left soo satisfied and surprised! I myself had never tried any food from Casey?s but walking in, I saw an advertised sign showing Casey?s cheesy bread made from scratch for only $3.99. And although it was 8:30 in the morning I was feeling wild. The lovely woman crafted a delicious pie of cheesy bread with two sides of marinara and I was blown away with how tasty and fresh it was!!!!! Along with Cheesy bread there were so many other delicious options; sandwiches, coffee, donuts, muffins, salad and more! it all looked so tasty and fresh. Definitely going there next time i need a delicious, fresh meal. And huge thanks to the lovely and helpful employees!"

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was hardly any food available, and the warmers were empty. The staff seemed more interested in standing around than helping the long line of customers. Unfortunately, the workers were also quite rude. If the bathrooms are “closed for cleaning” when you walk in, be prepared for everything you touch to have a strong smell of bleach. It might be quicker to walk into the cooler and stock it yourself! Additionally, the employees should know their store number and use the mute button when passing the phone to someone else. Good customer service should not involve passing off a call with comments like, “This lady wants the store number, here’s the number…”"

"This Super Casey's is truly exceptional—unlike any other! I love the quick service, and I'm especially hooked on their pastries and pizza. There are also eight convenient charging stations. It's hard to find a place that offers breakfast, lunch, or fast food dinner and snacks all in just 10 minutes! The many fuel pumps make it a popular spot, but the staff manages the busy atmosphere impressively!"

"I would rate zero if I could. Terrible customer service and a very rude manager. I placed an online order directly through Casey’s website and when it was delivered my pizza was missing. Called Casey’s and spoke with an employee who confirmed that my pizza was still at the store and that he was looking at it as we spoke. The employee told me that they cannot do anything and for me and to call DoorDash. Upon calling DoorDash, they told me that I would need to speak directly to the store since the order was placed directly through the Casey’s website. I was then transferred me to a very rude manager at Casey’s, Alicia, who initially tried to tell me that they did give the pizza to the delivery driver until I told her that I had already spoke with someone who had confirmed that my pizza was still at the store. She then seemed to be upset that she was caught lying and was unwilling to help and told me that she was unable to refund me and that I would need to speak to DoorDash. I called DoorDash again three more times and was told that I would need to speak with Casey’s in order to be refunded since the order was placed on Casey’s website and they are the ones who collected my payment. I also work for a local restaurant in Verona that also uses DoorDash, and we ARE able to provide refunds directly from our POS without the need of DoorDash, regardless of if the order came from our website or DoorDash. Not only were they unwilling to help me get refunded, but not once did they show concern about getting my food to me. I have now called DoorDash three more times and each person has confirmed that I would need to be refunded by Casey’s. I then tried calling Casey’s three times and the phone is now disconnected. Two of the representatives that I spoke with at DoorDash also tried to call the store multiple times and got no answer, and I am still yet to be refunded. Very shady manager and employees. I just wanted some breakfast pizza…."

"The person who took our pickup order sounded completely out of it and kept asking the same questions repeatedly. He informed us that there would be an hour wait, but when we arrived to pick up our pizzas, they hadn’t even been made. All he could say was, “Oh, sorry, I must have overlooked it.” This Casey's has had a long history of poor service, and it just keeps getting worse."

"I've been a fan of J. Fleming's since they opened. The food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. During my visit, there was live entertainment featuring upbeat Jimmy Buffett music. They experienced a staffing shortage right before dinner, which caused a bit of a delay, but the team worked hard to accommodate everyone on a busy Saturday night. I will definitely keep returning. I highly recommend trying their grilled pork chop and chopped salad."

"I've been visiting this Casey's for a few years now off and on and now that I work just a cpl blocks away it's become almost a daily routine. I have never once had any issues with any food at this specific location. Pizza is always fresh and not underdone and just runny with grease. I don't know where some people are getting their story of unfresh pizza from because for one the foot traffic keeps the hot food going out the door. Also the cleanliness of this Casey's is phenomenal. Parking lot is always clean free of trash, garbages are never overflowing. Bathrooms are just as clean if not cleaner than my own. Bugs (flyers) are almost non existent inside yes you're going to get a fly and bee here or there but so do you at home. The staff is always friendly and small talk which is appreciated. Bottom line I will drive out of my way to go to this Casey's. The only down side to this store is its size. Being a smaller store they physically can't carry everything a bigger store like in Preston MN, Stewartsville MN or Spring Valley MN can carry. That's the only reason this store gets a 9/10 score in my book. PS. Just tried one of the new Mac and Cheeses today for lunch and OMG! It has everything. Flavor, texture and great curb appeal. You definitely need to wrap your mouth around a fork full."
