"Last week I took my son for dinner at this eatery. The taste of the dishes we ordered were less than adequate. The food was definitely not Cuban, it was a poor imitation of it, and too pricey for the value delivered. The service quality was ok, that’s until we received the check. After reviewing the bill, I gave the waitress my credit card and as usual I inspected the check once again to leave a tip and sign. Much to my surprise she did not include a copy of the original invoice, as it’s customary in every restaurant that I’ve been. Rather, I only received the credit card invoice and was shocked to see that not only they had added a tip but the charge reflected a 50% overcharge! Obviously I complained and would’ve thought it was an honest mistake. However, given that she fail to bring the original invoice AND that they automatically added a tip made me suspicious. Mind you, I’m accustomed to see a tip added by the restaurant but only when serving a group of people not just 2 diners. Watch out for billing “mistakes” if you dine at La Bella Havana”."
