"Just today, I ordered white rice and was sent yellow rice instead. When I called to inform them of the mistake, they admitted to their error, but their response was completely unacceptable. This happened on 7/30/23. The lady on the phone told me, "You will have to wait." The appropriate response would have been to say, "We'll send the next driver to deliver the correct rice to you." Instead, I was told, "By the time the rice gets there, your chicken will be cold." It seems like they feel secure in their jobs, as if they know they won't face any consequences for their poor service.
