"I placed two orders for a total of $50. What a waste of my money. The pork chops were too salty. And the fried beef was IMPOSSIBLE to chew. That beef was too dry. I tried to pour water and microwave it, hoping it would soften a bit, but no change. I called the restaurant to express my disappointment hoping she would offer a replacement but she responded that beef is always dry. "I'm torn b/c I order here often and while the food tastes great, there is always an issue. A few weeks ago they were out of one entree and didn't refund me. They also forgot sauces in that order. Then lately portion sizes have been, interesting. Chicken with bone comes with MUCH less chicken than chicken without bone. My beans were literally soup. I counted 10 beans in the whole container of liquid. And my shrimp empanada what a joke. The breading was good but was one piece of shrimp that was chopped into 4 pieces. It was almost all veggies. And last order I called b/c the order was late and they didnt even know I had placed the order until I called. (The person who answered the phone didn't know about door dash and I heard someone in the background telling them they have to check those orders too) Could be great if they got it together."

"On the negative side, the table required some cleaning, and the restroom lacked soap and paper towels. While the staff was friendly, their English skills were somewhat limited. Furthermore, the background music was rather loud."

"I give this place 5 stars, inside was nice and clean! Let’s talk about options! They must have about 6 different options of rice and amazing choices of meat and fish. It was so hard to choose from but I went with the arroz and gondules with pernil (pork) and it was absolutely amazing. My fiancé got white rice with carne guisado and he said the meat was nice and tender, seasoned VERY WELL! Definitely homey Puerto Rican food. The customer service was amazing, they move fast while still giving you the best service. Definitely will be back!"
