"I made a reservation today for La Casita and traveled all the way there, only to find that it was closed. The staff was somewhat apologetic but offered no compensation for the inconvenience, except to suggest that we try the lobby bar. We decided to do that, but the service there was incredibly slow. It took about 45 minutes for our order to be taken, which was finally done by the hostess after I had to ask for the server three times. Once our food arrived, we felt largely ignored throughout the rest of our visit—whether it was ordering drinks at the bar or requesting menus for reordering, we were left to fend for ourselves. The ambiance of the room was nice, and the food and drinks were delicious. Overall, however, I wouldn't recommend going back due to the poor service."
