"Laura took me to her favorite restaurant tonight, La Villetta in Boca Raton. Despite living in South Florida for years, I had never been before. I was missing out! It was absolutely amazing. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Sal, the owner. He was incredibly hospitable and set the tone for the entire evening. We started off at the bar with April, a legendary bartender who can craft any drink you desire. The food was exceptional. Our server, Daniel, recommended some fantastic dishes. The fresh octopus as an appetizer was delicious. For our main course, we had the special Sausage and Pepper and linguine with white/red clam sauce (which they kindly split for us). If you love Italian food, this place is a must-visit. We ended the meal with pistachio ice cream in a chocolate shell, along with a homemade cannoli. Don't miss out on this special restaurant. "Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"My favorite restaurant in New York, which I make a point to visit every week, never fails to impress me. The owner always greets me personally, treating me with kindness and respect. The waitstaff provides attentive, personalized service that makes me feel special. The food is exquisite, and I appreciate how flexible they are with the menu, allowing me to customize my dishes with additional ingredients. "I was at San Gennaro’s yesterday for a private event and I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the experience was. Gennaro, the owner, was warm, welcoming and his staff did a FANTASTIC JOB with all the amazing food and service. Everyone was friendly, professional and very accommodating. I ate absolutely everything they served! The antipasto appetizers were so yummy, (I had never had fried rice balls before) the salad was perfectly prepared and the chicken parm was absolutely delicious! Food restrictions were taken into consideration during meal prep for all guests. I had such a wonderful experience here and I look forward to visiting San Gennaro’s again with my husband this time for dinner! I recommend this gem on Arthur Ave without reservation! Thank you so much for making my friend’s wedding and reception such a beautiful and memorable one!!!"

"Food was great! Service not so great. Our waitress seemed rather surly and had trouble answering basic questions about the food. Also, she took away my plate while it still had food on it (as well as my silverware while I was in the restroom, without asking my family if I was done. I had eaten about 2/3 of it at that point. According to them, she just swooped in and grabbed it, without a word. I also heard later from family members that she had reached across them more than once to pick up plates while they were trying to eat instead of going around. It sounds like she was not properly trained before she started working there, since how and when to take away food is one of the first things you learn when you start waiting tables. I hope management takes notice of this review and acts accordingly, for the sake of both the restaurant and the waitress in question. As I said above, the food was quite good. Or rather, the food I had a chance to eat was. ;"

"Boring, but I like spaghetti with tomato sauce fairly often. I add one sausage here. They do it al dente, which is thoughtful. Tasty. Unfortunately, they drop the ball when it comes to wine. They appear not to have any interest in serving good wines in good condition; a shame, since there are so many excellent wines from the west coast. The house red is barely drinkable. The 3 or 4 wines offered y the glass are invariably allowed to oxidize, so not worth the price."

"This was my first time visiting this restaurant; I'd only ever been to the sister location in Cheverly, which closed recently. I was happily surprised to find there was another location, and the food here is just as delicious as the food served at the Cheverly location! I ordered my favorite, mozzarella fritta as my appetizer and chicken fettuccine Alfredo as my entree. Absolutely delightful! I've said it before and I'll say it again: Fratelli has the best Alfredo sauce I've ever tasted, and with fettuccine alfredo being my favorite dish, I've had many alfredo dishes from other restaurants, so they measure very high for me! I live a little further from this Alexandria location than the one in Cheverly, but it's well worth the additional 20-30 minute commute! I also enjoyed our server, though I didn't catch his name."

"Went on a Saturday night at the plaza. Music so reqested a table not too close, and we were seated pretty much at our reservation time. The food is great. The service was also and the server was able to answer all our drink and dinner questions. Only small complaints they do not serve bread even when requested unless you order the bread course. Well the salad(very good) was 6.00 and the bread course was 7.00 doesn 't make sense. The portions are small but reflect the prices also any veg or starch side is extra."

"This is the best food that we have had at a restaurant in a very long time! Why did I not know about this place before??!! It is located in an unassuming plaza in Euclid Ohio. When you walk in it is Shocking when you see the elegance of the dining room. it is not something you would think you would find in Euclid. This place has been on my places to visit, ever since I read in CLE magazine that Chef Michael Schoan said it was one of his favorite places to eat Italian food. So 4 of us stopped by for lunch. We each got something different to taste and share. And we all raved about our food! My husband got the lasagna and our friends got the Rigatoni with sausage and Rosella sauce and Involtini which is like a pinwheel filled with cheesy goodness! I got spaghetti but I did not want a marinara sauce so I asked if they had other sauces so the server told me about the other four sauces they offer. I opted for the Sicilian oil and garlic. Simple and delicious! The owner, Mama was there and visited our table twice to check on us and tell us about herself and her restaurant. We will definitely be back! We want to try their pizza and everything else that is on the menu! I cannot stress how much everyone needs to visit this restaurant. Five stars doesn't seem like enough"

"I had been a fan of the chain, hadn’t been since pre-Covid, we were a large group, the dry aged beef (if it was) wasn’t very good, had to send back a rib eye to properly cook. Order creamed spinach got sautéed, the side dishes were sparse and unseasoned. The wine was excellent, cream brûlée lacked flavor, but I am told molten lava cake was good. The icing on the cake was when the staff started shuffling the tables for brunch service! I unfortunately picked the restaurant, so I had to take my friends for drinks afterwards in me."

Also the restaurant doesn?t have many patrons which I think is due to no advertising.
