"I genuinely enjoy their food, but they frequently cancel my orders without any explanation. I would understand if they ran out of items from the menu, but it would be nice if they could at least reach out to offer alternatives instead of just canceling. I truly want to support this restaurant because the food is great, but the number of cancellations I've experienced is quite frustrating."
