"I went to this restaurant on 12/23/23. The food and service were excellent. My only complaint is regarding the dessert we ordered. Our waiter, Charles, mentioned they had cheesecake and tableside banana foster for the cheesecake. When I ordered it, it was clear they did not understand what tableside meant. He simply brought my cheesecake and a bowl of banana foster and poured it on top. I was very disappointed with this. We also tried the bread pudding, which was a bit dry and could have used some sauce or other topping. However, if you skip dessert, the rest of the meal is fantastic. "The food is excellent, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Water glasses were never refilled, and dishes were cleared away before we were done. I had to chase down the waiter just to get attention. To make matters worse, they refused to accept a voucher that had no expiration date, even though it was still valid; then they went ahead and added an expiration date to it. It's a shame because we truly enjoy the food and the atmosphere, but the struggle to get water and keep our dishes until we finish really detracted from the experience."
