"Terrible...again! Who is in charge at this place?? I ordered a week ago, and after I drove all the way there, they forgot to make it! No joke. Tonight, we ordered again, and they made the wrong item completely, and, of course, we didn't realize it until we got all the way home. It was horrendous. We threw the whole thing in the trash. Then, we called and asked for a refund, and they didn't have the card number. . Then, a few minutes later, we get another call from a person who wanted to apologize for putting in the wrong order. No kidding heh? Who makes their employees do that!? Idk who is the GM at this place, but it's time to relieve them of their duties and hire somebody competent. We're done with American Bistro. If you run a restaurant, and you can't make a burger correctly in two attempts, you're hopeless."
