"The food, as always, was excellent and the service, about the best at any restaurant in the area. The only negative on the evening was being charged $3 split charge for sharing a salad with my wife. I have no issue paying $40-$70 for an entree, but don't nickel and dime your customers. Hell, raise your price on every item by $1 or $2 and nobody will notice. There's no need for you to add a split charge on a salad when we ordered entrees costing over $40 each. Question: If we both only ordered entrees, would you have added $10 to the bill for a missing course?"
