"Everything was fantastic, except for the service. The waitress was very kind and friendly, but she wasn't very attentive or prompt. We had made a reservation for a birthday celebration, and even though the restaurant was only at 50% capacity, it felt quite busy. It took far too long for us to receive menus, drinks, food, and silverware. Our entire visit lasted just over three hours, which wasn't due to our reluctance to leave the celebration, but rather the delays in receiving the service we needed to enjoy our dinner. I expected to spend at most an hour and a half there, so more than three hours was less than ideal. As a result, our other evening plans were canceled because we ran late. The manager/waitress did set up the table with the decorations we provided and even added candles to the dessert as requested, but I was definitely disappointed by the unfortunate delays in timing."
