"I had a mobile order for 7 people 5 adults 2 children, upon arriving I was told that my order was already given through the drive thru I showed them that I still had the order up on my phone and had not picked it up. Found out they gave my order 76 toa mobile order 46. After proving I had not received our food it was remade. I was not given the kids meals only the burgers.Also was shorted 2 medium fries and 1 medium drink. When asked to speak to the manager I was told he was in the back on oxygen.No compensation or apology was offered for an over $80 order."

"Yes I ordered a breakfast combo. And it took A very long time to receive my order minutes. The manger was complaining about the customers wasting a drink and not telling her. Stating how do I know it?s been wasted unless she was told , instead ofcanvassing your lobby and checking if anything is wasted or need to be clean. As I continue to wait for my order a guy with anoticeable limp came inside the restaurant wearing a white T-shirt red pants and a mask, he sit at a booth and proceeded to takeitems out of his underwear and pants and set them on the booth table. The same manager came over to him while he was takingthings out of his pants and put them on a table and purchase several items from him and as the same time I asked for differentitems for him to bring back later."

"BRYAN, the head cook, provided outstanding customer service! As soon as I walked in, I could tell they were a bit short-staffed, but every employee remained positive and worked hard to ensure everyone was satisfied. The General Manager really needs to hire more staff—it's absolutely necessary! The shift leader on duty was doing his utmost to make sure that all customers received assistance and were happy with their orders. I am truly impressed with the team. Because of their friendliness and dedication, I will definitely be returning! I hope the staff sees this review and knows that their hard work does not go unrecognized."

"This is by far the worst burger King in glendale 95th and camelback right off the 101. I mean can yall get orders correctly ever even after repeating your order I ordered two double cheese burgers ketchup mustard and cheese only got home opened burger only one patty that's the most recent problem. The service is horrible and rude new resteraunt same lazy unmotivated staff huh. I shouldn't walk in and not be greater with hello just a young lady walking up rolling her eyes and says what can I get you asked for burgers off the broiler . They never do it burgers are always cold like they been sitting there for hours. Food and safety Temps are something they don't worry about here if you get sick from eating at this location that's probably one of the reasons why. Horrible location and that's me being nice"

"This Burger King is absolutely an insult to the whole brand! I don't know if this is a franchise, but the food quality is absolutely a joke! Oh yea, this is before covid-19 even hit the world, so no excuses!!! The funny thing is I went to literally 4 different Burger Kings over the last 6 months and they were absolutely on par! They tasted Charbroiled, juicy, toastex warm bun and oh yea lots of veggies! This location no matterwhat time you go the burgees come out in like 30 seconds, HEY I know fast is great right....? No WAY, No matter when you go the burgers tasted ALWAYS the same.... The buns are cold, the meat is dry, like a 1/3 of the veggies you get at ALL the other locations, and A DROP of sauce...! Im not joking or Exaggerating by any means! The burgees tasted old and stale, I worked in the food industry for a Longgg time as a leadership role the burgers tasted like they premade them 45 minutes ago and just wrapped them up and put them in the microwave to eat them up! IIts sad when you will drive to the Colony or frisco locations to get REAL Burger King experience and food! I'm serious tjis place SUCKS no matter how many different chances I have gave it or heard the exact same feedback from MANY other guest in Little Elm! I just think Burger King corporate should secret shop there and bust this HUGE EMBARRASSMENT to the Brand! Don't waste a penny here not worth it!"

"The manager was quite rude and seemed to have an issue with eye-rolling. It took her 15 minutes to even notice we were there, and when she finally did, her attitude was very snappy while taking our order. We decided to leave and eat somewhere else. I used to visit this Burger King three times a week because it was conveniently located near my workplace, but now I'm willing to go a bit further for a better experience. I won't be returning and do not recommend this place."

"This place needs to be shut down. I came here today to get some take out and the lobby was closed. It's Saturday, so i don't know why that is. Other than that, the food here takes awhile to get to you and after the long wait it can either be wrong or taste funny. I don't recommend anyone to eat here. "I've never had a pleasant experience at this location in the 4 years I've mistakenly given them my business. The management is subpar at best, and rude and dismissive as a default. The rest of the employees look like they'd rather be anywhere but there, and their attitude reflects it, not to mention nobody stays long enough to work a full pay period because of how horribly this franchise specifically is run. The Thunderbird location isn't any better, save for maybe a couple of people who still manage to put life in their voice, and the owner of the whole Operation is so separated from the situation, nobody in the upper echelons of either store know how to get ahold of him directly. Absolutely shameful."

"Great place to eat burgers. If you go there you should test the chocolate sundae. Awesome taste. And really affordable. They also have a full meal plan. The burger the fries drink (coke or sprite or ... . And under 5 dollars you can have a good meal plan. You could also take your food without the drink. I hope they will add the sundae in a meal plan for people like me who love it more than the coke or soda stuff. Great place for friends and family."
