"I've been to this Burger King twice—once using the drive-thru and then dining inside. The drive-thru lines were quite long, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was able to place my order and receive my food quickly on both occasions. The staff greeted me with friendly hellos, accurately took my orders, and handed over my food within just a few minutes, all while thanking me. I've really enjoyed the flavor of my Whopper burgers, and I noticed that the fries seem to have improved since my previous visit. However, I felt that the chicken sandwich wasn't as flavorful as those from other restaurants, though it was still decent."

"I was in the drive-thru line when a girl named Sara assisted me and provided terrible customer service. She stated that she does not assist Mexicans and told me to go back to Mexico. She also mentioned that she was racist and believed that my people should not live in the United States. I am fluent in English and have lived here my entire life. This behavior was very unprofessional and I will be taking legal action against Burger King."

"Cashiers Deviny and Brittany have service skills. I don’t see what is wrong with some of these people leaving negative reviews on here. I have never had bad service. Cashier Deviny always lets me know that I rule the kingdom which makes me feel cool. ️ The 2/$5 whopper jr. Duo is tasty. I love getting one bbq bacon and cheese and the other plain. Also some of you need to keep in mind that they are teenagers working at a burger place not your servants or maids. If you treat them badly you get bad service for being a bad person. Sincerely someone who has had a food service job. Parking: I suck at parking so I park far away at dominos because their parking lot is always empty."

"We ordered via the app yesterday but were unable to find a kids meal to add to our order, so I placed the order online and figured that I would order the kids meal once we arrived at the location. I walked in to find several people upset with how long their wait times were. It was not busy at all, maybe one table had people sitting at it. There was a young lady asking about her order, she was told that they were not going to answer any more questions about it. After about 10 minutes, they finally had her order ready. The guy in front of me had placed his order before I walked in, but said he had been waiting 25 minutes. The two in front of him said they had been waiting 40 minutes. It took over 10 minutes before anybody took my order (again, just for a kids hamburger meal) and a wait time of near 30 minutes. Our food was cold to boot. The location was filthy, the workers had bad attitudes, and they deliberately took forever to get orders out. In my over 40 minutes of being there, they only served 4 groups (in addition to the ones above, a DoorDash guy came in and had to wait almost 25 minutes). I will never visit the Valley, AL location again."

"All the staff are polite apart from the manager. I’ve been there twice in the past 2 weeks and she has a serious attitude problem. The first experience she charged me 16 cents a piece for a BBQ sauces. I’ve been eating at burger king for 25 years.. I’ve never ever been charged for a sauce lol. She also fills your cup to the top with ice, you get maybe a quarter of a cup of actual soda. Then for my second run in, I just picked up my family’s mobile order, got home and realized they had screwed up the order.. No big deal, accidents happen. I drive 15 minutes out of my way, back to the BK and I politely tell them they messed up two of the burgers. Girl tells me they’ll fix it and to pull around. Im greeted by the wicked witch of the west manager, she snatches the bag out of my hands, looks up at the screen, looks inside the bag clearly insinuating that I was trying to get free food. She then realizes it’s wrong says “oh my god” storms into the kitchen. Then she brings the correct food back and sarcastically tells me to have a good night. She clearly has stability issues and should take some classes on customer service or seek some form of therapy."

"We absolutely love Beckett's; it's quickly become our favorite spot. The food is consistently delicious, and the steak salad is my personal favorite! However, last night was a bit different from our usual experiences. With many students away, the atmosphere was quieter than normal. Despite the lack of diners, we felt somewhat rushed. The staff frequently cleared our table and collected our drinks and checks, making us feel pressured to leave even though there were no patrons waiting for tables. It was somewhat disappointing since we wanted to enjoy a holiday weekend with our friends. Nevertheless, this experience won't deter us from returning, as the food is truly fantastic."

"The slushy and freeze machine seems to work only about once every ten times I visit. The food is rarely served hot; it’s usually just at room temperature. The woman at the drive-thru window always has an unpleasant attitude, regardless of how polite I try to be. The chicken nuggets are consistently overcooked and incredibly tough. Today, I stopped for two hot chocolates and was shocked to find they cost $2.50 each for such small cups. While the hot chocolate was hot, it tasted more like chocolate-flavored water. It was truly disappointing. I'm not a hot chocolate expert, but I can confidently say it was the worst I've ever had. Even my 4-year-old son, who loves chocolate, said it was "yuck." I would have preferred to go out of my way to Tim Hortons, where I could get a larger size for $1.69 and much better quality. Burger King seems to be declining in quality, not just at this location but across my local area. They are starting to become worse than a gas station convenience store."

"Tonight, I went for a half-hour stroll near the Hiram G. Andrews Center campus and decided to stop by a Burger King located just outside the Westwood Plaza, a strip mall in the suburb of Westmont, Johnstown. To my surprise, this location is one of the few Burger Kings left in the country that still features a playground for kids. It really takes me back to the nostalgia of the 2000s!"

"I went through the drive-thru, and I should have taken the attitude of the person taking our order as a warning. He seemed genuinely unhappy to be there, which should have been my first clue to steer clear of this place. The burger was dry and greasy, and the bun was similarly greasy and seemed a bit stale. The fries were overly salty and tasted old. Overall, it was not a good experience. I ended up spending $49.00 (which I'm still trying to figure out how that adds up) on disappointing food that left my family feeling upset and still hungry. On the plus side, the service was quick. I definitely plan to reach out to Burger King about this. I don't typically give one-star reviews, which is why I'm giving this two stars instead."

"I arrived today at 1:45 PM, and the woman at the front counter completely ignored me for a while, telling me it would be a minute because they were busy with orders. She kept complaining about the cooks putting the food in the wrong place, which was causing confusion. After waiting for 10 minutes without having my order taken, I decided to leave. I took the picture attached as I was leaving; that truck was the last in the drive-thru line because of the chaos. I ended up going to Wendy's, where I was seated and served my food in just 7 minutes."

"I had to wait 11 minutes for my Whopper Junior, while the person who ordered after me—a sheriff who ordered a Double Whopper with bacon and fries—received their meal first, along with an apology for the wait. I asked the girl at the counter why I didn't receive an apology and why he got his food before me, but she couldn't provide any explanation. The management here isn't great, and the only reason I came is that Whataburger was too crowded. This is why you struggle to provide competitive service in this area!"

"The best chicken sandwich I had in 10 years of BK! Just go through. My local BK is usually burned, too much mayo, wrong order, etc. That's right! Juicy, cooked directly, tightly wound. Delicious. Manager gets bonus points."

"This place had the worst customer service and the guy working the register did not know the difference between a large and medium fry. We told him they were 2 different sizes and he said no, they're both large. You can clearly see the distinction in the sizes. This isn't the first time we had an issue at this location and I can say that we won't be going back."

"Jane and Jake did our night. Perfect and tasty. First we went to the Boardman site at Rt. 224 and Southern. Our experience was terrible. The man at the other end of the speaker told us that we only tell him what food [we] want .. and ask no questions. So we went to Poland BK. Terrible experience. Waited for almost ten minutes while the staff just spoke. You didn't even realize we were waiting. We asked if someone was there, and the woman answered that she let us know when she was ready. So we went there. It was now 9:40 on a Sunday, 20 minutes before BK closure for the evening. We called the Canfield site. Jane was very kind and excused for our experience. She took our order over the phone and left it fresh for us. Jake was very friendly and our food was perfect. Thanks for the A Service. Second to none."
