"I arrived with my 6 year old son, the place was about 1/4 full as far as tables. At some point a gentleman came to the door and advised us it would be a 30-35minute wait, if we like we could sign this board with our number and they would call us After watching the system here for about 10 minutes I knew we were never getting a call. I sat at the bar and ordered a drink. A party of 5 came 15 minutes later and got immediately seated, at which point I had to rudely interject that we had been waiting, and the seater had no idea and apologized. No system. Meanwhile, the owners paced back and forth seeing the staff obviously overwhelmed. My kid got a $15 kids meal, pasta (1 choice), with meatballs, obviously mama Lucia store bought mini meatballs, I mean disgusting, my 6 year old would not even eat them. I got a cheesteak which was pretty good, not worth $17, but I am not opposed to any up price for quality or service or location. Bill was I think $42, I left a $20 cash tip I hope got to the hard working staff there."
