"I am sorry to disappoint all those fans of Skyline Chili, but our experience at the Skyline in Highland Heights, KY near NKU was not satisfactory. Not everyone enjoys the taste of cinnamon in their chili, as our out-of-town friend did not like it. Personally, I appreciate the Middle Eastern touch in the chili. Our friend did not finish her taco chips and I was disappointed in the salad with chicken, as the chicken cubes seemed to have been frozen and lacked flavor. The hot dogs were served cold, which left me wondering why. One friend enjoyed the burrito, but overall, the quality of the food seems to have declined since our last visit several years ago. We do not plan on returning. The service was good and the ambiance was alright."

"Growing up in Cincinnati and going to UC, I became a Skyline addict. Two Cheese Coneys and a four way at 0300 in Newport KY was the perfect end to a Saturday night. I am grateful they expanded tithe Dayton area so I can get my periodic fix. This location and the others in the area have great service as well. They have expanded the menu from the old days but still kept the old time 3,4,5 Ways and Cheese Coneys. They always ask if I want mustard and onions on my Coneys and my reply is always, Is there any other way to have a Cheese Coney? Of course I 'll have mustard and onions It may be an acquired taste but once you acquire it, you are hooked for life."

"MY WIFE AND I TOOK OUR GRANDKIDS HERE TODAY AND HAD ALANNA AS OUR SERVER, I WILL SAY THAT SHE IS PHENOMENAL. OUR DRINKS WERE ALWAYS FULL AND SHE WAS EXTREMELY NICE TO OUR GRANDKIDS. IN ALL OF MY YEARS IT IS ALWAYS NICE WHEN YOU HAVE A SERVER LIKE ALANNA TAKE THE TIME OUT OF HER BUSY DAY TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ASE THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. "I organized a mother-son dinner that coincided with one of their birthdays. The food came out fairly quickly. Skyline has a unique flavor that may not appeal to everyone. One of the kids mentioned that the buffalo chicken salad was quite good. A few of us might return, but mainly due to personal preference. Our server, Connie, was very friendly and personable, and she handled dining with kids very well. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you!"

"We traveled from out of state, and the airport wheelchair assistant recommended Skyline Chili, claiming it had really good chili. We decided to visit the location in Hebron. My husband ordered hot dogs with chili and asked for onions, but they forgot the onions. He received maybe a quarter cup of chili on the hot dogs. A friend ordered a bowl of chili, and it was only about two-thirds full. I got a baked potato with sour cream and requested butter, but there was no butter, and the sour cream was barely drizzled on the potato. The kitchen service was absolutely awful; the young staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. I did give two stars for the young woman who took our order—she was very nice, and I assume she entered the requests for onions and butter. Overall, I would not recommend this place, and the chili wasn't that great either."

"Despite being created by a Greek family and having recently visited Greece, I couldn't see the connection in the chili served at this place. In Greece, chili is not a common dish. The service was excellent and the bread was fresh, but the chili itself was watery and lacked flavor. The chili dogs were generously topped, but the portion size seemed overwhelming due to the small size of the hot dogs."

"The food was not what i remembered it being. I appreciate the portion size but the chili 5 way was just not it. The kitchen manager seemed way overwhelmed and was not shy about it to the customers, which is fine…just go on a wait or stop taking orders. Anyway i didn’t hate it but i would probably just get Wendy’s chili instead if i need a quick chili fix lol"

"I was recommended to try Cincinnati chili and was pleasantly surprised. The chili on spaghetti was much better than I had anticipated. Although it's not something I would eat regularly, it made for a satisfying meal. Based on my experience with the chili on spaghetti, I believe the chili cheese coneys would also be delicious."

"Wow. I just had the most wonderful experience at this skyline chili. The two young men that were working were outstanding. They were so friendly and took such pride in their work. The food was perfect!! They kept the place so clean. The one kid that was cleaning the tables, chairs, and floors, paid such attention to detail. In this time of a global pandemic, I really appreciate that. They were so welcoming and were all smiles. I HIGHLY recommend this particular establishment, 10/10. Keep up the good work there!!!"
