"I really like this restaurant overall - the food is good, service is fast, prices are reasonable, and the location is convenient. However, I am disappointed that despite ordering their spicy sandwich multiple times, it never actually comes out spicy as advertised on the menu. Every time I request for it to be spicy, it ends up being milder than expected. Today, I specifically asked for it to be spicy, but it still came out with only a small sliver of jalapeño and very mild sauce. I hope that the restaurant can address this issue and actually season the food as requested, matching the level of spiciness indicated on the menu. If they can do that, I would be happy to update my rating to five stars. Unfortunately, my recent visit still resulted in a non-spicy sandwich, which was disappointing."

"The beef pho does not have those delicious and tender thin slices of beef, but rather chewy, dark colored pieces of meat and scattered translucent bits of cartilage and connective tissue. Broth lacks flavor and the noodles taste straight out of a plastic package. The vibe upstairs during weekday lunch hour is somewhat depressing no music or ambient sounds besides the coughing and breathing of lonely diners. I think their bahn mi is supposed to be good, but the pho is a pho pas. If you don 't happen to finish it, next to the trash there is a basin with strainer in it in which to pour your excess soup. (barf! It also costs $14.70"

"Went in around 7:30pmish on a weekend for a quick dinner because our son 's sleep time was approaching. The worst decision in my life.1. The moment I ate a couple of pieces of grilled chicken , I knew that I was gonna get food poisoned. Thankfully, my wife and my son didn 't eat it, and they didn 't get sick. It took me at least 5-6 days to recover. Retrospectively speaking, the food came out way too quick (not exaggerating, but under a minute or so , and I am wondering how that would be possible.2. Beef in Pho that we ordered, had something like purplish tone to it with some characteristics of being undercooked or stale. The bowl was not hot enough to get them to the level of reasonably cooked.3. There was this staff (or manager? in a light-colored parka that kept coming in and out with his smoke fuming out of his mouth. I assume it was the store closing time. He started preparing this cleaning solution in the middle of the store where he started pouring Lysol and Clorox into this yellow mobile mob bucket containing hot water (he is doing this right next to our little son . Immediately, the whole restaurant smells like a public bathroom.Think twice before you choose to go to this restaurant. All these 5 start reviews must be either paid ones or fake."

"We tried the vegetarian banh mi and the vegetarian summer roll. The banh mi bread was delicious but there was hardly any filling and it was way too light on tofu. It can’t have much nutritional value. The summer roll was only filled with rice so pretty basic would have preferred it contain tofu for some protein. It came with a peanut sauce that tasted good. Overall the food tasted good and was reasonably priced for the area, but would probably stick with Hanco’s or the Banh Mi Place for a more fulsome banh mi."

"Grade Pending means they received either a B or C meaning they did not meet health inspections, therefore you are putting yourself at risk by consuming the food here. Additionally, they are a cash only establishment, and the prices are on the high side: 4.95 per terrible tasting piece. All in all I would not recommend. Go to Mei Lai Wah for fresh roasted pork buns and pineapple roasted pork buns."

"From the moment you step inside, you feel a warm welcome and a sense of relaxation. The ambiance is soothing, with green walls, natural wood accents, and ample lighting that creates a lovely atmosphere. It's a bustling spot that attracts a diverse crowd—couples on dates, teens meeting after school, and even the postal workers come here to enjoy a meal! Seating is somewhat limited, so I recommend arriving early. It tends to get busy around 2 PM due to the after-school rush, but despite the crowd, the environment remains respectful and calm. I had a wonderful experience visiting with my family, and I can confidently say you'll want to return just as much as I do. This has truly become my go-to banh mi spot, and I encourage you to make it yours too! Enjoy your visit—it’s definitely worth it!"

"I strongly advise against ordering from this place. I tried the chicken pho, and it was just an overly diluted broth. When I called the restaurant, the employee tasted it and agreed that it was watery. She promised to call me back after discussing it with her manager, but I never received a call. When I followed up, I was told that my only option was to pick up some beef broth today or tomorrow. To make matters worse, they ran out of lime and substituted it with a lemon wedge for the pho. Their customer service is misleading, the food is unacceptable, and the solutions they offer are clearly not genuine. This particular Hanco's is by far the worst and deserves to lose its franchise. It was an embarrassingly poor experience."

"Amazing smoothie. We got a strawberry banana. Sadly we watched a young girl employee get berated by two women because they apparently disliked their smoothie. They were all in her face without masks and she looked nervous. Same girl made our smoothie and it was great. Should not allow those two women back in the store. They forced her to re make the smoothie and not pay with the audacity to ask for extra tapioca. Really sad. Hope the young girl employee gets treated better."

"I had high hopes to try this restaurant because I walked past it the night before and was pleased that they had good vegan options however after driving for 20 minutes to get here. I went and looked at the menu then decided to go to the bathroom before I ordered. The women’s bathroom was open so I went in, The lock was broke on the door when I twisted it just kept going. The cook open the bathroom door and lingered for a couple seconds at my Private area. I felt so violated, when I came out of the bathroom, I asked him Why didn’t he knock on the door? He argued me down and said I did not ask him to use the bathroom and Furthermore, how did he know I was in there. I Reiterated that you’re supposed to knock. Instead of apologizing for not knocking he reiterated, I did not ask him. There is NO Sign that says I have to ASK TO use the bathroom in this establishment. He told me I wasn’t going to buy anything, soo now I’m deeply insulted as well. I Told him, He should’ve just apologized instead of trying to argue with me… when I walked out, he proceeded to walk outside behind me and try to argue again. At this point, I’m being harassed And I feel deeply violated. All of this on my birthday… and now the vegan restaurants I also wanted to try are closed because it’s past 11pm."
