"Kizuna is a small, inconceivable sushi restaurant that is embedded in a small strip marble and is almost unnoticed away from the street. The interior is narrow, but pleasantly decorated and at once you feel at home. After ordering, you will soon begin to get your dishes and realize that the food is exceptional here and also compare. We were here twice and everything was presented with great skill and care by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Salmon Mania are delectable small bags of fat salmon belly with a careful balance of spicy, sweet and sour they just melt in the mouth and are delicious yes, please! The Chirashi is traditionally prepared (as I like) with a well thought-out selection of fresh fish and accompaniments over a sweet bed of sushi rice. The octopus was a standout as it was the right amount of bite with great taste. Many sushi places never seem to get octopus. The karma roll was interesting with its chewing black rice, combination of shrimp, and a beautiful side of a sweet and spicy sauce for a bright and complex taste once in your mouth. The typical humble tuna, salmon and yellow tail sushi is elevated to a level typical of Japanese restaurants with a light brush soy sauce over any slightly dotted piece of extraordinary fish you find nothing to this type of sushi and you just push the whole thing in your mouth to enjoy the aromas as the sushi cook intends. Even the miso soup and home salad are carefully designed and delicious. Oh, and the sushi rice was perfectly made with its fine sweet and acidic taste and still a bit warm as it should be. It is clear that the sushi cook knows his craft well here and is well trained in traditional methods and can improvise new and inventive dishes. Kizuna is a bit more expensive than nearby sushi joints, but the quality and craftsmanship here are worth it. I know we'll be back to try everything on the menu."
