"Two couples dined tonight. Both women ordered the spinach salad which come with, among other things, bacon - both salads arrived with no bacon. The waitress's response was "our menu has changed recently" even though the girls had the same salads just 2 weeks ago. She said she would bring bacon but didn't return. After 5 minutes, I called over the manager. I asked if these salads are supposed to have bacon - his response "I'm not sure, we have many salads on the menu". I told him that's a ridiculous response for a restaurant manager.I asked for a menu. When he brought it, I showed him that bacon was indeed supposed to be included. So, another five minutes later, he reluctantly brought two orders of bacon but, instead of being apologetic for being caught in an obvious lie, was very sarcastic and rude when he brought it.What a totally ridiculous way to address what was clearly an easily- rectified mistake. Never going back."
